Room Availability: All bookings are subject to room availability. Room availability may vary and is not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.
Booking Confirmation: Once a booking is made, after the deposit payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your booking. Please check that all information is correct.
Booking Modifications or Cancellations: Bookings cannot be modified. Any request for modification will result in the entire amount paid as a deposit being retained. Cancellations are not allowed. The entire deposit amount will be retained in case of cancellation or no-show. In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the stay, including overnight stay and breakfast for all booked dates, will still be charged.
Payment Method: We accept payments via major credit cards, bank transfer, and cash.
Payment Balance: The balance of the payment will be required at check-in or check-out, according to the customer's preferences and the specific conditions of the booked rate.
Taxes and Fees: The indicated prices include all applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise specified. Any additional local taxes will be clearly indicated during the booking process.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy applicable to the booked rate. Refunds will be credited using the same payment method used for the booking. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 business days to be processed and credited to your account, depending on the payment method and the policies of your bank or financial institution.
No-Show: In case of no-show without prior notice, a penalty equal to the total amount of the first night's stay will be charged unless otherwise specified in the booked rate.

12. Spa Center Regulations
Age Restrictions: Access to the spa facilities is only permitted to those over 18 years old unless otherwise specifically authorized by the management.
Behavior Rules:
Attire: Appropriate swimwear is mandatory. Slippers and a bathrobe are recommended. Pre-Shower: It is mandatory to take a shower before entering the sauna, steam bath, emotional shower, or hot tub. Respect and Silence: Please maintain respectful behavior towards other guests and avoid excessive noise. Mobile phones must be silenced.
Safety Rules:
Health Conditions: Guests with heart problems, high blood pressure, skin infections, contagious diseases, pregnant women, or other health issues should consult a doctor before using the spa facilities. Duration: It is recommended not to stay in the sauna, steam bath, or hot tub for more than 15-20 minutes consecutively to avoid health risks.
